I will also ensure that you set up powers of attorney which will enable folks to help you when needed. Finally, we will discuss and develop smart tax strategies, if that is applicable, to safeguard your assets for generations to come.

DIY online business tools might be convenient, but they can’t explain the legal consequences behind the choices you’re making or the documents associated. Simply registering an entity with the state does not guarantee you’ve structured your business to receive the full legal protections a properly formed entitiy can provide.
