Entertainment Law

How We Are Different
Legal issues in the entertainment industry are as unique and complex as the performers themselves. A lawyer who has lived in that world is emphatic to the problems that entertainers face.  An attorney who is not immersed in the industry may not fully appreciate or understand your situation. Stephen's personal approach with clients in rooted in his first-hand experience working in studios and performing live as an accomplished drummer and percussionist.  Allow our firm to assist you in navigating the entertainment industry and ensure you are protected.

A few of the many services our Firm provides:
  • Publishing Companies
  • Publishing Agreements
  • Co-Author Agreements
  • Option Agreements
  • Distribution issues
  • Licensing
  • Recording Contracts
  • Copyright Registration
  • Master Use Licenses
